• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed. We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

• Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events.

• Due to the nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

• Exchanges are allowed only in-store, within 5 years, under our 50% exchange value policy (for applicable 1gm gold patra items).

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
